Thriving industrial services company is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to join their team!

This is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle human resources support and is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource function for the company.

Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 DOE

Location: Houston, TX

Responsibilities:
• Develop and administer all human resources plans and procedures for company personnel
• Provide HR support and advice to all managers to achieve business goals
• Develop, administer and implement personnel policies and procedures; prepare and maintain handbook on policies and procedures; perform benefits administration to include claims resolution and 401K administration
• Perform all onboarding activities, work with managers to screen and interview candidates; conduct reference checking; extend job offers; conduct new-employee orientations; conduct exit interviews
• Create and streamline job descriptions and compensation plans across multiple entities/locations
• Oversee payroll and benefits, ensure compliance and take action on escalated matters
• Develop robust hiring process, help organization reduce turnover
• Support field locations as needed from employee relations and management coaching perspective
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local employment laws
• Assist the quality and safety teams as well as other divisions with trainings

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; SPHR, SHRM, SHRM-CP preferred
• 10+ years of relevant Human Resources Management;
• experience in a standalone role within a midsize company (200-500 employees)
• Experience working within an industrial services environment required
• Spanish bilingual preferred
• Experience developing and managing an organizations systematic hiring process
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Must be experienced in compliance, payroll, full benefits administration, reporting, and auditing
• Experience with acquisitions preferred
• In-depth knowledge of US labor law and HR best practices
