We have multiple opening with our client for Help Desk Analysts for daylight shift.

Full-time, Direct Hire Opportunity
Salary: 33K - 35K

Looking for someone with at least 6 months of technical phone support experience including knowledge of Active Directory and ability to assist with hardware and software issues.

This role will include providing support via phone and email as well as performing installations at end user workstations and providing training and assistant to users as needed.

The ideal Help Desk Analyst will have good technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution. Responsibilities
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
• Diagnose and resolve level 1 and 2 technical problems with computer hardware, networking and software
• Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
• Manage user account setup and administration in Active Directory
• Install and configure PC hardware and software at end user workstations
• Train and assist users in the use of PCs, peripheral devices and software
Requirements, Experience and Skills
• At least 6 months experience in a help desk or technical support role
• Knowledge of desktop and server operating systems (Windows 7, 8 and 10) (Server 2003, 2008 and 2012)
• Ability to troubleshoot Microsoft Office applications and Office 365
• Microsoft Office 365 administration including Exchange and SharePoint
• Active Directory knowledge
• Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
• Clear and concise communication skills for providing support via phone and email to non-technical users
• Ability to lift and/or move equipment (10 to 50 lbs.)
• Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline oriented environment
• Valid driver’s license
