Position: Training Manager
Seeking a highly motived and well-spoken Training Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a current Mortgage Loan Consultant or Processor who has extensive knowledge in our current systems, process and flow, and a working knowledge of our Loan Origination technology, Blue Sage and/or Encompass 360 experience. Looking for a career in training within a fast growing organization. This individual is responsible for the development, delivery and evaluation of training programs. The candidate must be able to assess training needs, design, develop and administer training programs. Acting with a high degree of independence, serving as the primary resource and mentor for training for all employees, with responsibility for developing knowledge and skill sets that lead to measurable performance increases.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Recommend, develop, administer and evaluate training curriculum to assist our departments achieve stated goals and objectives.2. Evaluates, and has direct or indirect responsibility for, the impact of training programs on the efficiency, accuracy, productivity and/or profitability of our company and its employees.3. Makes recommendations for continuation, revision or elimination of programs as necessary.4. Develops and executes needs assessments and testing procedures to identify training and development needs.5. Make recommendations for training based on data collected and needs analysis performed6. Researches outside training sources; consults with others business units within NAF as appropriate to identify current training programs and materials appropriate for our company.7. Confers with all levels of management to gain knowledge of work situations to identify and conduct special training needs.8. Creates and maintains written training manuals and job aids.9. Prepares training outlines, scripts, expected results, evaluation and related materials. Conducts training sessions and monitors effectiveness.10. Effect change management within the organization and adopt theories of training11. Effective use and development of change management.
1. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); at least two years' experience in this field of work is preferred.
2. Must have at least 2 years of Mortgage Sales Experience and/or Processing Experience.
3. Must be able to travel.
