Position Summary:

The Manager, Account Management is responsible for managing a skilled team of Account Managers and overseeing day to day operations in order to deliver excellent levels of customer service and satisfaction. The Manager, Account Management will lead a team of Account Managers and will also collaborate with Amobee’s sales, business development, delivery, solutions engineering, product, and engineering teams to create a seamless customer experience. The Manager, Account Management is expected to be versed in all aspects of Amobee’s technology, introducing clients to new system capabilities and identifying opportunities to leverage Amobee’s product in novel ways. The Manager, Account Management is responsible for customer retention, renewal, and up-sell, and will be tasked with achieving quarterly financial targets.


• Coordinate day to day operation and organize resources of Account Management to ensure that the highest level of service is delivered to all clients

• Aligns resources for the region, partnering with Sales on new business and planning for growth

• Developing and nurturing client partnerships; handling escalations

• Leading operational efforts inclusive of forecasting, MBO and career development

• Evangelizing Amobee’s technology and building awareness of product capabilities

• Identifying innovative solutions to complex marketing challenges

• Creating robust processes to ensure flawless campaign execution

• Partner with other Client Service Managers, developing best practices and Account Management resources

• Responsible for hiring, onboarding and development of Account Managers

• Managing a team of direct reports comprised of Account Managers & Senior Account Managers

Required Qualifications:

• 5 - 7 years of experience in a client service role, preferably in online marketing

• Experience managing a revenue-driving team

• Experience owning client relationships, ideally in an analytically oriented field

• Proven ability to take accountability for complex client deliverables

• Ability to translate business problems into data-driven solutions

• Technical troubleshooting skills, with creative ability to overcome challenges and problem solve

• Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Flexible, team-oriented collaborator

• Self-starter capable of thriving in a startup environment – able to multi-task

• Emphatic interest in online advertising

Preferred Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree preferred with a strong academic record

• Experience with online advertising technology including ad servers, bidders, tag management systems, and data management platforms

• Analytical experience, particularly in big data environments

• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Experience managing or mentoring a team
